When you start a new career mode the team will be in the Rest of the World section. Since it cannot be completely removed here is what i am going to do to make sure the players won't appear in any of the other leagues: Chance the position of every player to goalkeeper and the goalkeepers to strikers. They will have a very low rating and won't be signed by any other team. I did the same with Kiyan Prince last year to make it as realistic as possible.
