This has nothing to do with austrians, the truth is that most of the hyped turklsh players almost always fail to realize their potential (which is perfectly fine, Emre Mor found his level in the end too and makes good money I assume) but get talked about by the average turkish fans like they are the next Messi. You folks are often times very nationalistic but that arrogance of talking up players like they are world class eventho they are like 16-17 makes you the butt of the joke most of the times. Simply because young players can develop in any direction and that a player is becoming mediocre is much more likely than him becoming world class. Not everyone is a Bellingham, a Musiala or a Wirtz. This happens in other places too. Max Meyer for example played a fantastic season for 2016/17 season for Schalke, had 86 potential on FIFA and he was still very young. But he and his entourage thought way too high of themselves. In the end he left Schalke and went to fucking Crystal Palace where he flopped massively. Schalke at that time was a top Bundesliga and Champions League team. They were better than Crystal Palace but Palace paid a lot more money. Now he plays at Luzern in Switzerland while being 27 years old. That is prime footballer age. But in Germany no one was bragging online that he should go to Real Madrid after a good season. People are way more level headed when it comes to Football in Europe (unless delusional english fans lel). The austrians also don't say that Alaba is the next Maldini, eventho he was a starter for Bayern at a relatively young age. We are just happy for these players that they do well but don't put this immense pressure on them as if their nations pride is on the shoulders of literal teenagers. Maybe if turkish fans and media would actually just let these players develop, they would see some results. The same thing is by the way true for England where fans are sitting on a very high horse. Emre Mor, Yusuf Demir, Mert Müldür ... the list is long. Do yourself a favour and sort players with turkish nationality by potential and then go back some years. There's players like Semih Kaya who had 86 potential at one point. Now he's 30, 66 rated and still in Turkey. Mevlut Erdinc, FIFA 11: 78/85 at PSG Fifa 20: 31 years old, prime footballer age and 71 rated at Antalyaspor. Sercan Yildirim, 85 pot in FIFA 12, retired at age 30 with his last rating being a 70 while playing for Bursaspor. One guy on this players page even said that he was hyped too much. The list with players like these is pretty long. And yes, I do realize that it's just FIFA rating but it says a lot about how turkish talent is developed and treated by the fans. They are very young, have a good season or two and suddenly they all should play for the best teams in the world and carry the national team. The expectations you guys have are just blown completely out of proportion. Scroll down a few posts. Turkish guy posts: "most talented Turkish striker in ever" You guys compare a 17 year old who just played a great 2. Bundesliga season to Hakan Sükur. Completely delusional. Tom Rothe was loaned from Dortmund to 2. Bundesliga team Holstein Kiel last season and did amazing too but no one is says "next Philip Lahm" because he is young and had a good season as left back. And you twist this delusion as "people hate turkish players" and then even make dumb comments like "austria is the land of hitler" What the fuck, hahahaha No, we don't hate turkish players, we just laugh about loudmouths who make dumb statements about players that had one good season. And often times these loudmouths are turkish.

I will predict the Championship in next 5 years: Norwich, Watford, West Brom, Sheffield United and Middlesbrough will remain as yo-yo teams, always being relegated from Premier League. QPR, Reading and Birmingham would be for a while in League One but will come back to the Championship with new owners and free debts. Burnley, Plymouth, Sunderland and Luton will be establishing in the Premier League. Teams like Wigan, Rotherham, Blackpool, Huddersfield and Cardiff won't return to Championship. Palace, Everton, Southampton and Leicester will be regular in the second tier after losing their top flight status. While other teams like Derby, Bolton, Ipswich, Peterborough, Wycombe and Portsmouth will be regularly yo-yo teams. The rest of the teams will be fine, but Coventry, Millwall, Hull and Swansea could be dark horses in the next 5 years. Who knows if a fourth or fifth tier team could be up there like Salford, Wrexham or Stockport. I do this with all the respect and my personal point of view, you can comment, up and downvote.

I dont know when Fontan his contract expires. We literally dont pay for players. He wont stay unless is on a free with lower wages. Its also very hard to predict who we will sign and let go. We might even switch to 4-3-3/4-2-3-1 if we stay up so its impossible to predict.

I hope we will keep the most important part of the team for next year. This time, we have the promotion in L1 to help us. For Richardson, it's already done because he was bought buy Reims last year and send back to us in a one year loan, so he will leave and i'm quite sad of this. For Kongolo, i don't know, i think his wage is huge and he is always injured... I think it will be complicated to keep players like Kechta, Alioui or Sangante.. maybe Casimir. I hope he will find a good n°9 for next year, maybe Kitala if he stays fit but he is quite young and inexpererienced...

weak effort, casual take, overused "keep crying" tactic. 2/10, try again
avatar
Relatively harmless and inoffensive, piss-poor attempt at getting a negative reaction. 4/10, do better

Never said he’s joining Spurs pal 💀

Bakayoko and dest are gone for sure and will not be back at Milan that’s a fact lol. Madrid want to keep brahim so really it’s up to him where he wants to go but I’ll maldini ain’t laying 22m for brahim. Personally I don’t think vranck will be bought, adli, gabbia will go on loan, if somewhat decent offers come for rebic, origi, messias, balo toure then they will be sold

Marmoush and Aouar are almost done. Dina Ebimbe and Max are committed. I personally think that we will switch to a 4-2-3-1 because Markus Krösche (sports director) said that we will not replace anyone but will change the squad.

Ward-Prowse and Salisu would definitely leave I think Maybe people like Celeta-Car, Lavia, Walker-Peters, Livramento, Bella Kotchap will leave too Walcott and Orsic will leave because they haven't been good anyway

The only player I expect to leave are Pedersen and Kokcu. Geertruida possible as well, if he doesnt extend his contract(2024). Alireza will walk out for free and Idrissi will go back to Sevilla. I expect us to sign vdBelt and possibly Manssverk, that way we have vdBelt, Wieffer, Timber and Manssverk as our CDM/CM options. Hopeful we can sign Szymanski permanently and have Bullaude as his back up. Walemark will stay with Paixao, Dilrosun and most likely Azarkan as the wingers. Even though try singing Reiss on a free would be immense. Gimenez and Danilo as the strikers. LB: Hartman/Lopez, CB: Hancko, Trauner, Kasanwirjo and a new signing(if Geert leaves). RB: All depends on the departures of Pedersen and Geertruida. Bijlow will stay as GK, but there will be a new 2nd goalie(Branderhorst?) when Marciano and Wellenreuther leave. :)

See Lord Nelom's comment, exactly what I think.
