No one heard those "chants". Not Verona's fans, nor Brescia's fans, nor Verona's players, nor Brescia's players, nor the coaches, nor the refs. So please tell me, without any evidence or testimony, why is Verona, or anyone for that matter, supposed to be punished? Isn't it much much more likely that Balotelli acted like he usually does? He was being targeted with whistles by the Verona fans because lots of people don't like him as a person, and he always talked shit about them.
