Am not a Cheslea fan at all but Chelsea will be a different club next year. So many January signings like Fernandez, Badiashile, Mudryk and Madueke will get a full pre season with an actually great manager in Pochettino. Then they're probably getting Caicedo to play alongside Fernandez in midfield, which is a massive improvement on paper compared to rotating Kovacic and Jorginho while Kante was injured constantly. I don't much like it but with just signing one or two more forwards they will be a very good team.

Except we shouldn't be looking to replicate the Jorgi-Kanté-Kova midfield because it created absolutely nothing going forward. Barella is too similar to Enzo (who I see like a Fabregas), then we might get Caicedo (like Kanté) but we still miss a Matić (RICE!)

Yes most players are quite flexible; for us Neco Williams can only play wing back which is annoying but players like MGW and Danilo have played literally all across the midfield and attack and the performance doesn’t drop, so that just shows a flaw in Havertz not being able to adapt
