two unpopular opinions, but perhaps there should be a minimum age requirement of 19 years old to play professional football in FIFA-licensed leagues, and there should be an appearances/minutes played cap on u21 pro players. I think it's harming to youth players when they're being put under so much pressure, many careers went down the shitter because of the press and shitty fans, possibly affecting their mental health. Let youth players play in youth leagues, make the youth leagues more competitive and perhaps more popular, and once the players are mature (which most often happens at 19 years old) let them into the first team slowly with limited appearances. this can extend the longevity of players too.

He can be bad in real life but for career mode in fifa 19 is perfect. I amo doing a career mode with Notts County and i need a striker. He is one of the few who: 1)who accept to go in 4 league 2)good potential 3)almost OP in lower league if used well. Only is finishing is quite bad (like all the strickers with 60 rating) but he can improve a lot. Expecially it his surprising his 78 in penalty (always in fifa 19)
