I agree football in turkey is at an all time low but as well our national team could possibly be going into a golden generation look at the talent the NT has but yes the league standard at the moment is very low and the only way to change that is if our clubs would use the academy players ridvan yilmaz erdem secgin and destanoglu along with guven all are really talented players that can change besiktas with a bit of game time then confidence then consistent game time consistent performances to good money transfer to help the clubs sign quality young 20-25 year old players from foreign leagues

I did not see that you also talked about a golden generation. In my long response to you I also mention it.
-But there is 1 important thing, you are overlooking at. It is not and it should not be BJK’s first motive to play with not experienced players and take the gamble/risk on their youngster whether or not they will become good and sellable or not. What if the youngsters fail? From a business point of view, you cannot take that risk.
BJK also needs good players immediatly, they have a big fanbase that wants succes.

Fans will never allow young players to thrive in Turkey. Everybody accuses boards and managers with untrusting younglings, in truth, Turkish people are rash, intolerant and merciless

With 14 foreigners we play this shit, how are we going to play better with less?
(Although the Turks played better in this game, apart from Necip).
There are not enough Turks or let me say good Turks to fill a 11 that could qualify for CL. We don't have a large pool of players to choose from. Or better said we cannot sign the class and expensive Turks like Hakan C or Cengiz or Caglar.
I mean we dont even have LB’s and RB’s that are Turkish and are good enough to play in Europe. Our competition’s level will only drop if we will need to play with less foreigners. Our CB’s and GK’s are also not being produced, let alone a decent ST. Umut Nayir, Necip, Omer sismanoglu that is what it is. Also players like Cigerci, Ekici and Deniz are also not of the level we want, while these Turks are signed from abroad.
-Then you have stupid TFF putting a limit to every club and keeping them mediocre. While others are able to spend all they like. As if good clubs are good because they spend nothing! BJK could not even make transfers to win against a mediocre European club. They should really shame on themselves the TFF. If BJK could just spend a bit more, they could have gotten more money by playing CL.
Long story short: Turks and decision making is like requiring a donkey to go as fast as a car!

We wouldn’t have this problem if our clubs would just take the time to develop and focus on young academy players rather than having a coffee chat discussing millions of euros on wages on former world class players like RVP Falcao Podolski Negredo etc

Thx bro!
Yes that is 1 (big) factor, but it does not explain all. For example like China with 1.3+ Billion people and India are also not good at football. There are more factors, Turkey just is not that awesome at producing young players. I know some class and worldclass players come, but there is not a large pool of quality being produced or a continous and already established quality of Turkish footballers you can chose from. And also there is a debate about whether or not these class players are being produced or are just born. For example you need to be very and very lucky to become as good as GG77, Caner, Burak, Emre B, Cengiz, Caglar, Kabak, Demiral etc etc. And this also applies for the talent Messi, Ozil and Omer Faruk Beyaz have. Yeah I know all these players also had to work very hard. But you know, what I am trying to say. You have to have good DNA, what you are made of needs to be of good quality to become a player that the entire world is going to know about. So it is more like the a chance game, and the chance that Turkey has of winning the lotto grand prize, when it comes to young and class players has already happened once. It might not again happen, as much as the Turkish clubs are looking to again sign a player like Cengiz and Caglar. It might be so that they cannot find such players for another 10 years or so! These talks about a golden genration are also being held in the Netherlands. So that is 1 of the reasons (I have plenty), I disagree with changing the foreigners rule. It wont let the top 5 find a good LB or RB all of a sudden!
If England or Germany or Italy or Spain or Brazil or Argentina had to have, to play with 3 or more players from their own country. They would not have as much problems as Turkey has. For example how many RB’s and LB’s do we have?
