Season 25/26:
"
do keep in mind all generated players, and players not in the game isnt on there, so this is about half the players. and only olaigbe is a former player, i got him on a free and sold for 2,1 mil to get my club out of bankruptcy, only player that isnt in the club rn, upgraded the stadium to a 5k seater, but otherwise too limited because of bankruptcy, hurting my growth because training facilities are extremely bad and in desperate need of upgrading.
Currently in season 25/26 after losing the play-off finals in season 1 and two back-to-back promotions, currently in league two and survived relegation relatively safely last season with about 10-15 points above relegation zone during the entire season because of a good start. however, my squad harmony is shit because of amount of new signings plus establishing a crazy good loan-development foundation for the club with a lot of promising players out on loan. i play an extremely offensive 4-4-2 system currently deploying some experimental set-piece tactics that hasnt quite worked yet this season. very good squad depth, also because of the loan system tactic i use.
just appointed a good motivational assistant manager, but havent quite seen the impact from him yet. idk what to do about the squad harmony other than to let them play, i need to thin out in the squad because of too much competition complaints in the center back position. ive started out this season performing really bad in the first 5 games.

Season 26/27:
"
barely survived that season in league two, actually had a good run towards the end to finish about 10 points above the zone. I took a deep look at the problem causers in the dressing room, shipped out a ton of players id for some reason kept on since the non league days, straight up released 6 players too. made sure to mostly bring in positive influences to the dressing room as good as the mediocre scouting enabled me to.
Now we are sitting with healthy finances, a much happier squad, couple of upgrades to the training facilites and youth facilites later and the club development looks like its gaining momentum again. fighting for straight promotion in league two in season 26/27 after about 10 games in and im trying to be really smart and prepare for promotion with some good bosman transfers, of course not going for quality only like i used to but also ensuring positive influence.
I brought in 4-5 first team players who had great teamwork, leadership and personalities and straight away 3 of them become team leaders. Massively improving the atmosphere in the dressing room.
my tactics are unchanged and i enjoy how the team plays again, my experimental set-piece tactics idk what to make of, its not like my team is that strong aerially anyway outside my CBs. i might reassess the situation later this season.
ive also taken a look at training, i dont think its at all perfect yet, but ive just put everyone down to medium intensity and injuries went down a lot, idk how it will affect their growth or development. But ive started testing the mentorship feature, idk how big of an affect it has, but at least ill be ready for when i can keep my players for their whole career. now im kinda limiting myself with time spent on development of players, because they will probably not be good enough for when i reach the prem anyway.
i think from now is just about managing the squad, keep them happy, continuing to learn from my mistakes, keep doing best practices, and we should keep improving year on year to climb up the leagues. i love scouting for players and bargains in the market so recruitment shouldnt be an issue too, rather a competitive advantage.
