Defence
LS - Jamie Tartt - Phil Foden
Manchester City youngster with bags of potential with lethal goal scoring ability (and a knack for some drama), also perfect option for a playmaking false-9 role.
LS - Robbie (Tanaka) Roberts - Nyasha Mushekwi
Best Zimbabwean striker in FIFA
RS - ZAVA - Zlatan
Of course.
RS - Declon (Dejon) Cockburn - Jonson Clarke-Harris
Another, most accurate player from the character's country.
LM - Dani Rojas - Matias Rojas
Capable wingers with striking ability from Spanish speaking countries.
LM - Colin Hughes - Dillon Brooks
Welsh winger/midfielder with a quality left foot.
RM - Sam Obisanya - Ishaq Abdulrazak
Out of left field here, but the Nigerian has a tonne of pace and can play RB and RM, so seemed the most fitting, also has very strong potential, a little lower rated than Obisanya though, hopefully a position change can boost his overall.
RM - Ozzie Kukoc - Mustafa Amini
Big orange afro and former Dortmund youngster, it just matches too well.
LCM - Richard Montlaur - Maxime D'Arpino
A defensive minded French central midfielder, still in the prime years of his career.
RCM - Moe Bumbercatch - Isaac Schmidt
This is more of a looks based example, seeing as there is almost no premier league quality Swiss midfielders that look like Bumbercatch, but speed, dribbling and forward abilities that make him a suitable, but much lower rated match.
RCM - Roy Kent - James Milner
Not matching mannerisms at all, but an older central midfielder who is long past his England national team days, oozing with leadership, and similar to Kent, started his career in a Northern England team.
LB - Jeff (George) Goodman - Joe Bryan
English LB that suits a more defensive system, seeing as we never really hear of him
LCB - Isaac McAdoo - Jamaal Lascelles
A hard headed English centre back with strong leadership qualities, Jamaal Lascelles to a T.
LCB - Tommy (Emmanuel) Winchester - Elisa Ndah
A Nigerian centre back with dreads and good pace, perfect match.
RCB - Jan Maas - Wesley Hoedt
A towering Dutch centre back with premier league quality.
RCB - Ugo Babatunde - Kenneth Omeruo
The second Nigerian centre back in the team, but a little bit older and more experience than Ndah (Winchester), with former Premier League and Championship experience.
RB - Arlo (Ash) Dixon - James Bree
A more attacking fullback, akin to Dixon in the series, still young enough to provide some solid time to a team like Richmond
GK - Thierry "Van Damme" Zoreaux - Dayne St. Clair
Solid Canadian goalkeeper, who in all possibility could be a backup that keeps the No. 1 shirt after an injury to the first choice goalkeeper.
GK - Tim (Tom) O'Brien - Freddie Woodman
Almost Premier League quality goalkeeper, that is a couple good years of breaking into the national team, seems like a fair comparison.
