Bet365 takes over Gibraltar FC!

Denise Coates, the co-chief executive behind bet365, has expanded her footprint in the football world by acquiring Gibraltar Football Club. As the owner of Stoke City FC, Coates aims to use this acquisition to establish a platform for youth player development across England, Gibraltar, Malta, Bulgaria, Armenia, and Australia.

The initiative focuses on replicating the success of Stoke City's youth academy by creating similar programs in the countries bet365 is active.

This transnational network of academies will provide young athletes with top-tier training, international exposure, and clear pathways to professional football.
